Welcome to Forever69. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

Forever69 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST. GST will be calculated and added at checkout.

• While we strive for accuracy in product details, descriptions, and pricing, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies without notice.

• Promotions and discount codes cannot be applied to past purchases.

3. Orders

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm AEDT.

• You must be 18 years or older to place an order.

• Cancellations must be made within 1 hour of placing the order. Once an order is in processing or dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

4. Shipping

• Standard Shipping: $12.99 flat rate Australia-wide

• FREE Shipping on orders over $150 (excluding GST and after discounts)

• Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days

• Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days based on your location

• Tracking details will be sent via email once dispatched

• We do not offer same-day delivery or allow selection of a delivery date

5. Returns & Warranty

• All products come with a 90-day warranty.

• If your item is faulty, complete the Returns Form and include clear photos to initiate a replacement.

• Change of mind returns accepted within 30 days of purchase if:

  • Items are unopened, unused, and in original packaging with hygiene seal intact

  • Return shipping is covered by the customer

• Refunds or credits will be issued once the item is inspected and approved

6. Price Match Guarantee

We offer a Price Match Guarantee so you can shop with confidence.

We’ll match a lower advertised price from any Australian competitor for the same product (including shipping).

To qualify:

• The competitor must be based in Australia with the product in stock

• Product must be identical in brand, model, and packaging

• Price match must be requested before purchase by emailing info@forever69.com.au with proof

Exclusions:

• Marketplace platforms (e.g. eBay, Amazon)

• Clearance or bundle deals

• Pricing errors or short-term flash sales
