90-Day Warranty
All purchases come with a 90-day warranty. Some products may also include additional manufacturer warranties. If your item develops a fault within 90 days of purchase, we’ll happily replace it. Simply complete the Returns Form below and include clear photos of the issue so we can investigate.

Change of Mind Returns
Changed your mind? No problem! You can return your item within 30 days of purchase, provided it is:

• Unopened and unused

• In its original packaging

• With the hygiene seal fully intact

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
